About Us
MOLATUDI Attorneys is an esteemed law firm, launched in 2021, whose primary objective is to offer a unique basket of employment legal law services, advice and assistance of high quality to various corporate and individual clients across the board.
The firm is wholly black owned and its founder, Osborne Molatudi, brings to the fore over 27 years of experience in both legal practice and human resources management. He was admitted as an attorney in March 1998 in the High Court of KwaZulu Natal, Pietermaritzburg and has been on the roll of legal practitioners to date hereof.

Our Attorneys

Osborne completed his B Proc and LLB degrees at both the University of Limpopo 1993 and University of KwaZulu-Natal, Howard College in 1995. Osborne is the visionary behind Molatudi Attorneys. He completed his B Proc and LLB degrees (6 years) at both the University of Limpopo (formerly Turfloop) in 1993 and University of KwaZulu-Natal, Howard College in 1995.In 1996, he commenced his articles at Deneys Reitz Attorneys (now Norton Rose Fulbright Attorneys). During his time at Deneys Reitz Attorneys, Osborne was exposed to various aspects of legal practice that included employment and labour law. That is when he developed an interest in labour law, and from then it became his area of specialization. Osborne later joined Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg as an Associate and was immediately promoted to a Senior Associate position.
Director
Zanele completed her LLB degree at the Wits University in 2010. She gained insightful exposure to labour law from this foundation.
Senior ASSOCIATE
Washington completed his LLB from the University of the Western Cape in 2014 and LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Cape Town in 2015.
Candidate attorney
Jabulile Khundayi joined our Firm in May 2023 as a Candidate Legal Practitioner. She completed her BA (Law) degree at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2020 and subsequently completed her LLB degree also at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2022. She has completed her articles wherein she gained extensive experience in employment and labour law. Currently, she is awaiting admission.
Candidate attorney
Gabisile Zulu joined our Firm in January 2026 as an Associate Designate. She completed her BA (Law) degree at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2021 and subsequently completed her LLB degree also at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2023. She completed her articles where she was exposed to various areas of the law including public law, commercial litigation and employment and labour law. She is currently awaiting admission.
Candidate attorney
Luyanda Tshabalala is the second candidate attorney at Molatudi Attorneys, having joined the firm in January 2026. She holds an LLB degree from the IIE Varsity College. As part of her vocational training, Luyanda provides legal assistance and conducts research to support the firm’s work. She eager to learn and use her experience to uphold the law and promote justice without fear or favour
Candidate attorney
Lucky Mabhena completed his LLB from the University of South Africa in 2024 and joined Molatudi Attorneys as a candidate legal practitioner in August 2025. As part of his articles, Lucky provides all the necessary legal assistance, legal research on labour and employment as well as attending to CCMA matter.n.
CONSULTANT ATTORNEY
Sayi completed her LLB and LLM degrees at the University of Pretoria. Sayi was admitted as an attorney in 2009 after completion of her articles.
Consultant ATTORNEY
Ms Jordin Tribe graduated with LLB from UNISA (cum laude) in 2018 and joined our Firm as a Candidate Attorney in February 2023. Prior to joining us, Jordin worked at MAN Automotive South Africa (Pty) Ltd where she was exposed to various corporate and commercial matters for 7 years. She has already passed her Board exams and awaiting admission.

Samantha is an attorney with 18 years’ experience advising local and international corporates across consumer electronics, mining, banking, and financial services in South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa. She delivers strategic, business-focused legal solutions aligned with operational needs and holds a postgraduate certificate in cyber-law and digital regulation and compliance frameworks.
